This a voluntary, non-profit making programme supporting Mental and Physical Well Being in the elderly population in Slough providing two-hour activity sessions daily during the weekdays through Exercises, Health Talks, Zumba sessions, Dancing, Tai Chi, and social activities. Attendances has been with over 100 individuals in sessions regularly.
